Construction Consultants of Michigan, Inc, (CCMI) was founded in 1991 and provides professional services for the building industry. We provide construction and program management services that deal with all project issues from concept, development, budgeting, planning and scheduling, permitting, design, construction, start-up, and operations. We assist clients in facilitating a successful project, and consult on troubled projects to facilitate a successful outcome. We provide evaluation and consulting services, project inspetions and progress monitoring, program and facility evaluations, inspection services, building and systems failure forensics and occupational evaluation for environmental contaminants.
As a regional Construction and Program Manager, CCMI takes projects from conception to owner’s operation. Project experience includes single and multi family, hospitality, restaurant, food processing, institutional, education, medical, retail, commercial, light industrial and manufacturing.
We provide building evaluation and inspection services, including building systems and structure failures.
Certified Mold inspection, building environment exposure and occupational exposure evaluation, inspection, testing and analysis is provided for indoor air quality and mold contamination in buildings.
